Returns & Exchanges

At Healer Labs London, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if your garment doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original condition, unworn and with tags attached, to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Attach the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home collection.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our London studio inspects your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
